Medical care difficulty is always the biggest problem of medical system to be solved in China. Although there are lots of factors causing this difficulty, it is often the lack of knowledge of Doctor-seeing Procedure by the patients. Firstly, patients generally go to major hospitals in big cities regardless of serious or minor illness. This greatly interferes the fluidity of the medical resources. Secondly, the spate of scalpers makes registration more difficult and expensive.In China, where public medical resource is limited, rational system design shall be used to obtain balance in justice of medical performance and resource distribution.One side, medical resource, especially in major hospitals should not be wasted by patients with self-healing sickness. On the other side, most patients with chronic disease could be treated by nearby community hospitals rather than major hospitals.Moreover, wrong registration due to lack of medical knowledge should be avoided.With popularization and development of mobile network technology 3G and 4G,mobile internet has become a general custom. APPs in mobile phones are numerous and various, among which medicals Apps are more than 3000. Services like WECHAT public accounts and subscription accounts have popularized to every field.In principle of assisting patients in taking medical service and self examination, this dissertation introduces a patients service App in WECHAT subscription account combining current internet technologies.This App transmits access pattern of C/S and B/S to mobile pattern, applies artificial intelligence searching technology to medical field by taking the advantage of PHP and HTML5, and makes the computers equipped with the basic qualities of medical instruction personnel as well as various of medical knowledge. In collecting data, information of disease departments and symptoms are stored in the database by WEB spider data mining and updated to keep its real-time and extensibility. In functional aspect, word segmentation technology would be used to calculate patients' disease description, inquire the proper department, and designate the disease treatment plans. With NQSQL cache technology, this App could not only increase access speed but also decrease network interaction to save flow. Furthermore, it could also provide a variety of hospital information and guide patients to register according to LBS location service.With great application prospect, this App could bring convenience to Chinese patients and technology reserve to similar App research.
