With the rapid development of modern science and technology, multi-channel coordinatedloading system has been widely used in static and dynamic tests of the aerospace and marine,automotive equipment.It has a crucial position is the key to the success of the test in researchand testing in the structural strength of the large equipment structure fatigue life and damagetolerance characteristics. According to the test load spectrum of the user,this system do controlmultiple channels coordination loading test specimen and simulation fatigue of structuralcomponents to withstand the process. The purpose of the test gain the data of static strength andfatigue life of the specimen and the weak parts of the fatigue test specimen. It provide a basis fortest pieces given life, life extension and the development of the maintenance program.Multi-channel coordinated loading system is developed from the material testing machine.This issue is part of the electro-hydraulic servo universal testing machine monitoring andcontrol system. With the test system analysis and summary of the domestic and internationalmulti-channel coordination loaded on the basis of the development of the status quo, The papertake full advantage of the integration of advanced microelectronic technology and testingmachine control technology to design embedded Linux operating system-basedelectro-hydraulic servo universal testing machine under the control portion of the bit machine.At the same time as the goal to improve system control effect, research system PID controlmethod based on fuzzy self-tuning PID algorithm to achieve the PID parameters online modifyparameters. Papers around the above tasks, it mainly carried out research in the followingaspects:1, At first, this article details the research status and development trends of the four stagesof development in the coordination of multi-channel loading system at home and abroad, and anoverview of the characteristics and applications of embedded ARM microprocessor andembedded Linux.2, It analyzed the working principle of the electro-hydraulic servo universal testingmachine. Then based on foreign coordinated loading control system transformation andupgrading of technical solutions,it provideed the overall design of the system, and brieflydescribes the role of a key component. 3, It put forward the core of the hardware structure of the lower machine under S3C2440ARM microprocessor. The modular design concept was used. It focused on the completion ofthe design of ARM-based system controller, SDRAM and FLASH memory expansion toS3C2440core, UART, JTAG debug interface and ARM minimum system circuit design.ARM-Linux software platform structures was completed, including major structures to drivethe development of the cross-compilation tools, transplantation U-boot and Linux-2.6.24kernel,making the root file system and related modules.4, The traditional PID control method that was commonly used in the systemwas detailedanalysis. And then a fuzzy parameters self-tuning PID algorithm to modify the PID parametersonline was provideed. And in MATLAB simulation, the effect is quite satisfactory.5, For lower machine control system based on ARM for commissioning, it mainly includethe specific steps and methods of the hardware debugging, software debugging problemsencountered in the analysis, combined with the actual situation of part of the experiment.
