The rapid development of the microelectronics technology,the computer technology and the information processing technology bring great progress to the control field,the control technology is in the trend of intelligence development and network development.The temperature is the most common control parameters,and is widely used in metallurgical,chemical and foundry industries.The temperature control directly impacts on the quality of the product and industrial production process.So the temperature measurement and control are of the extensive practical values and application prospects.With the improvement of productivity levels,the scientific and technological development of the control system has a higher demand for the control performance and the use value of control system.On the basis of relavant research both at home and abroad,process control for industrial temperature measurement and control system,and aiming at the feature of difficult maintainnance,upgrade,transplant,the bad disposal of complex algorithms and the nonsupport of fulfilling the real-time multi-tasking,an industril multi-loop temperature control embedded system based on ARM is proposed.In hardware,the system can carry out the 24 channels temperature signal acquisition and fullfilling the output control signals to drive SCR in order to control the heater on-off to achieve the temperature control of the object.In software, the embedded real-time Linux operating system is transplanted,and by transplanting the Qt/Embedded programming,a friendly graphical user interface GUI is achieved. Designed by this method,the industrial control system is not only of the advantages of the small size,high integration,compact structure of general embedded systems, but also the interactive function of the common operating,can effectively manage complex system resources and realizes the virtual hardware.The system is designed for the temperature monitoring and control characteristic of the general industrial production process in this paper.The system is of the feature that is easy expandation,real-time,strong function,richness communication interface and a certain degree of generality.The system can be used for the heating treatment device,and also the monomer furnace such as industrial boilers,resistance furnace and coke furnace.The system in this paper will be applyed a high-pressure pipeline system in the process of welding heat-treatment experiments,the results show that the system is of the stable temperature performance,good dynamic performance,high reliability and good control effect.
