Material Testing Machine, Plastic Materials, Mechanical Properties And Control System Design

The material testing machine is one kind of standard test equipment, all kind of material performance test, the material science research and the experimental teaching need to apply it to carry on the material mechanics performance test.The measurement and control of material testing machine system has the performance requirement of high velocity,expansibility,precise movement control,multitasking and load control of implementing organ and so on. The measurement and control system not only must carry on the data acquisition and processing, but also realize to the implementing close-loop control, which is the automation test platform with the collection of computer measurement and control technology together. The electrically controlled testing machine based on PC has good test performance, the data and curves are demonstrated easily, the system configuration is sample, and also has strong data on-line processing ability.This article has introduced the constitution,the work princip,the development direction and the existing problem of the testing machine, discussing the monitoring and control based on the PCI bus card interface technology and based on designing the PCI bus of the monitoring and control card. After repeated tests of the card can smooth the acquisition of external sensor output signals and complete data transmission, according to the order of PC-controlled mechanical tests on the body of motor functioning.From the hardware design,papers descript of the use of PCI9054 development of the monitoring and control based on PCI bus card design and method.First of all,the overall design of the programme of monitoring and control cards is given,followed by discussion of the PCI interface module, analog-digital conversion modules, memory modules , logic control module, the electrical control module and supporting modules, with the chip choicing of method and attention Matters. By the end, LabVIEW software is used to detect the performance of the hardware monitoring and control card.
