This paper discusses the XTTE-R01 system, designs the system, and finishes the software in the upper computer. The control system uses closed-loop system, and PID control method . When the simple PID control can not reach the control precision , and the system has bad stability, we use the intelligence integration fuzzy controller to enhance the system's dynamic state precision . The software on the up-controller computer has been design for controlling the down-controller computer,it gives the interface between man and computer, show the realtime data , adjusts the machine, and show the track picture , historic trend and print the table. The up-controller computer and down-controller computer are connect with serial port thread , and the up-controller computer can receive the realtime data that are transferred from the down-controller computer, do not delay to show the data, save the data for the software which can process the data, send the command to the down-controller computer anytime to control the rock testing machine . |
