TISCO Mining Company is a large metallurgical and mining, mineral processing enterprise. In order to achieve the strategic goal of "building the most competitive domestic metallurgical raw materials enterprises", TISCO Mining Company analyzed industry characteristics and business management requirements, then proposed the IT construction goals of relying on information technology, serving business management, and achieving the informationization goals includes improving execution, creating a first-class enterprise, promoting information technology, achieving fine, creating digital mine. According to the target of5levels of metallurgical resources industry information construction, TISCO Mining Company has already implemented digital instrumentation and testing equipment of1st level, process control automation system of2nd level, ERP system of4th level, but lacks MES system of production operations level, which leads to production and operations management faults. Under this background, TISCO Mining Company proposed MES system construction requirements, which require production information and integration from sproduction stations to workshop, from workshops to the factories and functional departments, from functional departments to corporate decision-making class, and get through the data channels from DCS to ERP system, to achieve data uninterruptible, so that the business management of TISCO Mining Company can achieve Digital Management, enhance the timeliness of control.This thesis is based on the research of TISCO Mining Company MES system construction based on J2EE architecture, introduces the project background and necessary, and related literature of MES system, discusses the information systems function, system planning, system architecture, system design and implementation strategy. This thesis also shows details of the TISCO Mining Company MES system business requirements, user requirements, software requirements, application architecture, network architecture design, database design and build reusable systems development process and finally, the value of this system.
