In order to adapt to the demand of the enterprise human resources management, enterprise informationization has been applied to the human resources management; Expanding the information service has become a modern enterprise strategy development path; Human resource management has risen to the dominant position in the modern enterprise, it is increasingly being paid attention to by the people as the center of the modern enterprise management and key. And today’s human resource management has risen to the strategic level, the corresponding human resources management system must also keep up with the pace of realizing the sustainable development as the goal, to improve the competitive ability of the enterprise as the leading factor, has the directivity, systemic and feasibility of modern human resources management system; Is important means to enhance the competitiveness of enterprises, human resources management system is brought to the attention of the enterprise. In human resources management system, the performance of the system and compensation system, has an irreplaceable role in and guiding role, is the core of human resource management system module.
