In recent years,with the deepening of the reform of the power system,in order to adapt to the urgent need of the market operation,the power supply enterprises have changed a lot in the organization structure setting,post setting,human resource allocation,salary and welfare management and so on.The labor employment is becoming more and more diversified and marketed.With the standardization and refinement of human resource management and the implementation of the "three sets and the five major" of the national Power Grid Corp,the original roughing human resource management model has not adapted to the needs of the human resource management of the company.How to manage the company's human resources through network accurately and quickly is an urgent problem to be studied and solved.Therefore,the human resource management system needs to be rebuilt.This paper introduces the construction process of human resource information management system.This paper first analyzes the research and application status of human resource information management system,and then determines the system based on J2 EE platform,and uses SQL Server2012 as the data storage platform,and communication with the personnel of the human resources department of the electric power enterprise,and confirms the functional requirements of the human resource information management system.It consists of recruitment management,contract management,staff data management and personnel transaction management module,and determines the performance objectives.The design of human resource information management system is completed based on the demand plan,which includes the overall framework design,process design and function module partition.Then,according to the design plan,the realization of human resource information management system is completed.The system has the following innovation points: first,using the JXL plug-in to read and write the Excel file to achieve the purpose of data batch addition,then realize the contract expiration reminding function,which will check the expiration contract regularly,and inform the staff of the human resources department to deal with it,and then realize the data protection function most later.Finally,the constructedsystem basically meets the application requirements of electric power enterprises.At present,the human resources information management system of electric power enterprises based on J2 EE has been completed,which can effectively improve the efficiency of the original human resources management and the accuracy of information application.
