Research On The Deployment Of ERP Financial Management System For Construction Machinery Industry

With the rapid development of global economic integration and the internationalization of market, China’s construction machinery industries at present are faced with most immediate problems, which should be solved, such as how to organize and optimize existing management processes, improve enterprise’s own management levels, enhance their competitiveness to cope with the great challenge of the international construction machinery industries. The successful application of ERP system in the enterprise has become an important method to improve management levels, accomplish Informatization and enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises.This paper discussed the necessity, characteristics, and the implementation methods of the ERP system, also the benefits from the implementation of the ERP system. Because financial management system is the core part of ERP system and its data that is accurate or not will directly affect the decision-making of the enterprise, this paper mainly focus on the implementation and deployment of SAP’s ERP financial management system。This paper expounded the main implementation process including how to determine the targets, implementation method, and good jobs in total control. According to the deployment demand of Sany Heavy Industry, this paper proposed to implement the SAP system in five stages according to the step-by-step methodology of ASAP (Accelerated SAP) in the process of project implementation.Based on the actual needs of Sany Heavy Industry, this paper discussed and illustrated the details of, the work in the phases of the project initiation, blueprint design and system configuration in the implementation of the SAP’s system. In order to ensure the successful implementation of ERP project, this paper put forward the model of total control, risk control, delivery and evaluation in the implementation processes of the ERP system in the construction machinery industry. The paper also analyzed the effects of the successful implementation of the ERP system in Sany Heavy Industry.
