Design And Implementation Of Financial Expensive System Based On Workflow

With the development of science and technology and social progress, especially thedevelopment of the computer technology, computer application has gradually changed fromthe large-scale scientific computing data processing to the large-scale transaction processingand the workflow management. This change creates a management information system withthe server-centric and database management system for the development environment, whichin order to achieve the standardization of large-scale affairs, fine processing and the workflowmanagement.This thesis is based on the actual projects, against the demand for financial expense andbudget control of the target company and in order to build a workflow-based financialexpense system. In the system need to integrate the existing enterprise financial systems, andto strengthen the control of the financial. The main work of the thesis includes:(1) Application of workflow technology, to select favorable workflow platform for thefinancial online expense.Analysis current workflow technology development, research on workflow models andworkflow technology; combined with the actual needs of the project, selecting the favorableworkflow platform for financial online expense.(2) Study the organization model, to design and achieve the role-based approval controlmechanismThe organization model is used to define the model of the form of business organization.It is used to express the level and affiliation of the entities in the enterprise organization. The design and implementation of a role-based access control and the approval of the controlmechanism were described in details, which making the system more flexible and scalable.(3) Research the financial expensive process of the project customer, using the workflowengine, the financial approval process have been designed and implemented.Each enterprise will design the own management processes consistent with itscharacteristics in the actual management process. It is same in the field of financial expenseprocess design. In the construction of this system, it optimizes the current business processesand cures the financial approval process into the system by corresponding configuration in theXine.WF workflow platform.(4) Through the functional testing and performance testing, the correctness of systemdesign and implementation were verified. The implementation of the system in the targetcompany, improved the efficiency and strengthen the corporate financial budgetary control.
