Wireless Ad hoc network is a distributed wireless communication network with strong invulnerability, self-organization, node peer-to-peer. Nowadays, it is mainly used in the field of military communications, emergency occasions of natural disasters, intelligent transportation, wireless sensor networks, the Internet of Things and becomes a focus in the study of the wireless communication technology.With wireless Ad hoc network technology rapidly penetrating into other fields such as industrial control, a high real-time data interactive services, it makes higher requirements on the features of wireless Ad hoc network. The performance of wireless Ad hoc network information exchange and routing is mainly reflected in the data transmission delay, data reliability, network throughput and average delay in the routing. Therefore, it is the practicable method to solve these problems by designing a lightweight wireless information exchange protocol, building a virtual backbone wireless hierarchical routing network to form a relatively stable link topology, and reaching the purpose of reducing the average routing delay and transmission delay.Considering what have discussed above, this paper focuses on the wireless Ad hoc network communication protocol for high real-time data information exchange and a sink-based distributed backbone wireless network hierarchical routing protocol. The main contents and innovative achievements are as follows:(1) A simple and efficient lightweight wireless Ad hoc network information exchange protocol is proposed for the wireless transmission of a large number of real-time data. The protocol, to a maximum extent, avoids the situation that network takes up a lot of bandwidth to maintain and control information and prevents the broadcast storm. Using a different channel communication between neighboring LAN, effectively solve the problem of hidden terminal and exposed terminal. It also achieves the goal of exchanging information between nodes that the real-time data requires by making use of adaptive priority adjustment.(2) It designs a sink-based distributed backbone wireless network hierarchical routing protocol. The routing protocols use the sink node to establish a distributed virtual backbone wireless network, and provide hierarchical routing in the backbone wireless network for nodes. The structure can remain relatively stable with no interference between all levels, which not only reduces the network maintenance overhead of routing changes, but also reduces the average routing delay and jitter. As a result, a fast, predictable distributed router can be achieved.(3) It achieves the goal of using the efficient wireless information exchange protocols and hierarchical routing algorithm in the smart tower crane anti-collision system. Use the communication protocol the paper proposed to build the smart tower crane anti-collision system wireless communication network provides real-time data services for Tower fleet collaboration and intelligent anti-collision. At the same time, sending all running tower crane operating data to the IPC or network server provides real-time information for the online data integration and remote centralized monitoring.
