Research On The Human Factors Of The Radio Broadcast Accident

With the increasing of reliability and security of the broadcasting system, human factors have gradually become the most important hidden danger causing the accident.Human Factors Analysis and Classification System(HFACS model) has been widely used in the aviation,coal mine, railway, medical field and so on.This paper complements and improves the HFACS model, thus establishing the HFACS+BS model (HFACS+Broadcast Safety), which is more benefit for broadcast safety. And then, this paper uses the HFACS+BS model to identify and count the human factors of the broadcast Safety in a certain area between 2011 and 2014.There are many uncertainties in broadcasting, presenting a clear gray feature.In this paper, the data were analyzed by gray correlation analysis method, so as to know the influence degree of each level of the HFACS+BS model and the human factors on the broadcast safety accident.The prevention of human factors is important for the broadcast safety.This paper combined with the actual situation of the broadcast safety,and based on the hidden levels of HFACS+BS model, put forward the preventive measures and key indicators. And then the measures and indicators are used in the preparation of a Live Broadcast Program. Finally, this paper makes a comparative analysis of the old and new schemes.
