The Design And Implementation Of Traffic Accident Handling System

At present, the incidence of traffic accidents in our country is very high. And the taxing works in handling the traffic accidents have been puzzling the national traffic department. Moreover, it appears time-consuming that the pure dependence manpower arranges the handling works of traffic accidents.In the paper, the cooperation management system on handling traffic accidents, which is developed through computer technology, is discussed. When the system was developed, it based on the description of the project goal of the entrusting party, and at first, investigated and analyzed seriously the treating procedure of the general traffic accidents and obtained the detailed treating processes; then, investigated the detailed jurisdiction of the native traffic control and collected the road information of the native towns and villages; at last, investigated detailedly the division of labor in the traffic department and finally determined the system's development direction.In the development of this system, the JAVA technology was used, which used the JAVA platform's merits. It realized the object-oriented programming. And it also realized the good portability and the concurrent control because the JAVA could make the system's design not dependent on the machine environment.B/S architecture was used in the network, because of its merits, which made the system developed easily, made the system function more flexible, and made the maintenance and the management of system easier in the later stage.The MySQL technology, as the key technology of system, was used in the data bank. It made the large data from the real life controlled and managed structurally; and made the system development easier and more systematic. Taken together, this system could handle orderly and systematically the traffic accidents received by the traffic department; could assign timely the personnel who could treat the accidents; could reduce the treating process of accidents in the greatest degree; and could prevent to receive bribe and treat unfairly.
