During the process of transparent and standardized management ofmodern government, informationization construction plays an important supportiverole.In this paper, it discusses disorder about file management with the input of humanand material resources of specific personnel management in the Bureau of ForestryIndustry, which seriously affects the efficiency of unit operation and the control ofoperating costs and causes heavy financial burden. In order to meet the desire ofincreasingly large amount of information processing, to actively introduce the scientificinformationization management method, and to meet the requirements of nationalinformation construction, the need to design and implement a set of reasonable,effective, and practical management system to centralize the management of personnelfiles is very urgent.The management system discussed in the paper adopts the framework of B/Smodel, realizing the function of viewing landing system for common users, thepersonnel system of personal information, personnel information and daily attendance,checking the mail list and modifying the password function. The system includesordinary user landing module, the administrator user registration module, the personnelfile module, the notice management module, the mobilize the management module, theattendance management module, the rewards and punishment management, thefinancial statements module, the mail list module and the system-self managementmodule, which also provides the data service, the authentication service and the shortmessage sending service. Aimed at the security problem, the system adopts theUSB-Key login authentication. With the use of Fetion technology and HTTP port tosend text messages to mobile users, which meets the needs of personnel management inthe Bureau of Forestry Industry through a variety of technical means.The paper elaborates the system from the following four aspects k:First, the analysis about the development status and the advantages anddisadvantages of the existing management system at home and abroad;Second, the researches about the key technology to realize constitute the system:system architecture, authentication and Fetion technology; Third, the analysis and integration of personnel management system requirements,combined with the actual situation of the personnel management of the Bureau ofForestry Industry;Four, the testing towards the conductive functional and performance of personnelmanagement system. |
