Design And Implementation Of Personnel Information Management System For China Unicom Ltd. Jinan Subsidiary

Since the Reform and Opening-up policy, especially in the past few years, traditional personnel information management system (PIMS) has not been able to catch up with the development of the company. The developing direction of modern PIMS is informationization, automation and intelligentization. The goal of modern company personnel management is to build a PIMS based on information, computer and web technology.This thesis takes PIM in China Unicom in Jinan as an example. After broad investigation and analysis, with work of demand analysis, system design, system test, we design the system in B/S and C/S mixed architecture using PHP+Apache+MySQL Moreover, the system uses dynamic password ID authentication technology based on random and password Hash in order to guarantee system security, and this immensely heightens the security and reliability of system ID authentication.This thesis dwells on the background and problems of system design. First, this thesis describes the features of C/S and B/S architecture, and establishes the whole architecture of the system. Then, after description of requirements analysis, this thesis describes main problems to be overcome and main function modules, and makes analysis of every function module. In the process of system design, after researching system function, web and security architecture, this thesis gives design proposal of main architectures and system database. In the last, on the basis of all the requirements analysis and function architecture design, the thesis finishes system development and realization, and tests system later.The thesis studies the modern PIMS, and realizes some research findings. The system runs well, and achieves the purpose of enhancing the personnel management efficiency of China Unicom in Jinan.
