In order to facilitate statistical analysis, reduce themanagement workload, improve work efficiency, the system provides a variety of assetmanagement analysis report, statistics and analysis of IT assets, depreciation of the use,transfer, assets statistics, multi-angle, meet the IT capital management of electric powerenterprise requirements.First of all, through analyze the project background, research objectives andsignificance, domestic and foreign development present situation, Gradually in IT assetmanagement to automated, integrated, centralized, intelligent direction, subject to. theelectric power enterprise construct it asset management system is the inevitable trend offuture development.Second, under the basis of clear system business process requirements and systemtechnical architecture, this article has carried on the overall design、database design、functional design for it asset management system.Third, based on asset management system’s overall design, author has carried onthe system function design and realization in detail. System development based on B/Smode, using asp.net technology, ado.net technology, Sql Server2005database, builduser interface layer, and business logic control layer, and data access layer, and networktransmission resolves layer, in this article gives the key to the implementation of the code. In the aspect of system function, realize the function offixed assets management,personnel management, asset information retrieval, privilege management system andso on. In the system security, by studying system security technology and strategy, setup safety measures, ensure system can operate stably.Finally, implemented testing and evaluation for the system’s function、businessprocess、performance, find out the defects of system and fix bugs, purpose is systemcould well meet the needs of remote unattended substation remote monitoring andmanagement.
