In recent years,technologies such as Internet of things and big data have been developing at a speed of light.To build smart campus,it has been thriving in many universities.The school area Software College of Dalian University of Technology has gradually begun to pay attention to the intelligent construction of asset management,which is used to improve the manag0 ement efficiency of equipment and provide decision support for the managers.Therefore,according to the theory and technology of information management system,in line with the actual needs of the asset management department in the daily management work,research and develop an asset management system,it is particularly important in the overall layout of the college.Assets of asset management are mainly divided into book assets(collection of paper documents),equipment assets,teaching instruments,special equipment and general office equipment.The main contents of the development are asset information management and daily business.The main functions include three modules: system,book and equipment asset management.System management is aimed at ensuring the normal operation of the system.It is mainly responsible for the management and data backup of users,authorities and departments.The contents of book asset management include the basic information of book assets and the management of circulation;the circulation management realizes the maintenance,loan and renewal of the books assets,and can count the utilization rate and the loan rate of the books assets by the fuzzy query of the multi fields,and gives help to the management staff's recommendation and purchase work.The contents of equipment asset management include information entry and business management of equipment assets,and the application and audit of equipment daily transfer,discarding and missing out of the library,and the dynamic management of equipment repair.The asset management system,through three functional modules,enables users with different roles to share the information of the asset management activities in a unified platform,and provide a decision basis for the managers through the system data processing,and improve the level of asset management information.The purpose of the asset management system is to solve the problems of full coverage of the whole hospital and the inefficiency and non standard of manual management.According to the design thought of the three layer architecture and the design idea of B/S structure,the system based on the Web network is completed by using ASP.NET and database technology.
