Research On Key Technologies For Asset Information Management System Based On .NET

In recent years, with the development of internet, .NET technology which bases on B/S framework promotes web programming into a new step. On the other hand, considering the transparency and statement requirements on occupational operations for enterprise, so the Asset Management Information System that bases on internet environment is welcomed strongly by enterprise and will become a main trend.This thesis points out the defects about the traditional management system which bases on manual or C/S pattern and proposes improvement and innovation. Then, we developed the Asset Management Information System at ASP.NET platform in VS 2005 IDE by combining the actual needs of the special government organization in Wuhan. The system provides overall operations on asset managements which include purchasing management, disposing management, reporting management, information management, barcode management and so on. It not only can complete the daily purchasing, disposing operations but also supply penetrating inquiry and statistics functions.The system can remind users the assets'submitting for censorship in real time so that reflect the details about assets because the system has dynamic track records for each asset. It provides inquiry and retrieval functions according to different query conditions and extends the assets'depreciation and inventory in order to effectively improve the utilization of assets. In addition, the system refers to the lending and repair operations. It also offers the decision-making reference advice for financial department by using the report module. The statistics module allows users to assets categories according to each property of asset or asset classes at will so that view easily. The introduction of asset barcode greatly improved the asset management efficiency and transparency of assets'details. Users who could use barcode device are able to make financial reconciliation and inventory management which completely solved the trouble of manual. Moreover, the system also extends to invisible assets and low value consumables management so that it is helpful for the upgrading and extension for system. The quest of public users can timely feed back to the authors who can finish online approvals so that it contributes to the internal information communication.This article not only realized the system but also gave the implementation codes for some key technologies. The system testing supplies the system could well apply to the government organization. At last, made a summary and outlook for the system, proposed the priority for the further work.
