Design And Implementation Of Property Enterprise Asset Management System

With the rapid development of the real estate market and the expansion of the real estate enterprise groups,business scale is more and more dispersed,scattered across the city,so the optimization of real estate enterprise group management process,to achieve efficient management mode of real estate group,the real estate group can enhance the enterprise market competitiveness.Real estate group in the production management process,procurement involves each department of production management,can be automated management using distributed management system,the realization of material purchase,asset management efficiency,informationization and automation,has become a real estate enterprise production and management focus,has become a focus of many scholars to study the computer.The thesis detailedly analyzes the research background of asset management system of real estate enterprise group,summarizes the research status of asset management system of real estate enterprise group,and expounds the purpose and significance of this system research,summarizes the main work and innovation points.Secondly,this thesis introduces the economic feasibility,technical feasibility,management feasibility,social feasibility elaborated the system design is feasible and implementation,and through the investigation and Analysis on the real estate management personnel,business logic function of the system are deduced,respectively is the demand management,procurement management,the use of management and maintenance management of four modules,the use of the flow chart of the business functions of the system are established,in order to be able to function more clear recognition system.Then,in this thesis,the overall design and detailed design of the system,first puts forward three layer architecture and system network topology structure,the network has been deployed,the use of structured flowchart of the detail design of the system,and use the E-R diagram and relational tables of the database was designed,implemented an efficient database access to the system,the database security system architecture is designed;finally,this thesis uses J2 EE technology,Eclipse integrated development tool to realize the asset management system of a perfect function of the real estate enterprise group,and has carried on the test run,test results show that this system is easy to use and good usability.After system deployment and operation,the operation of the system is friendly,the function is perfect,can effectively improve the real estate enterprise asset management efficiency,optimize the asset allocation of real estate enterprise groups,the realization of the real estate enterprise assets can be maximum utilization rate,achieved good results.
