In recent years, with the increasing number of various categories of assets,enterprises gradually the life-cycle management of hardware and software assets intothe economic efficiency of enterprises and long-term planning and development.More and more companies realize that with the accelerated pace of informationconstruction, the establishment of a modern management platform for thedevelopment of enterprises has a pivotal role. Advocated asset management inaccordance with the relevant state authorities, implementation details, proposedcontract management philosophy, through contracts related to assets, suppliers,purchasing department, standardized business process management, the ultimaterealization of the enterprise information assets efficient management.This paper studies the characteristics of the asset management system based onMVC pattern, the use of contract management business processes, the use of ahierarchical design data centralized, decentralized management "design concept,realization of assets from procurement to end-of-life standardize the management ofthe entire life cycle, and a message-oriented middleware communication technologyand dynamic menu technology.The innovation of this paper and the core technology is mainly reflected in thefollowing aspects:1, contract management, business processes, procurement contracts,suppliers, asset registration, recipients, and maintenance information fully associative;data centralized, decentralized management "design philosophy, the distributed datacentralized and unified management, but retain the original agency administrativeprivileges;3, the design and implementation of a dynamic menu based on m-treealgorithm, to meet for the role management and rights management requirements;4,designed a set of middleware communications platform, which is based on thetransaction code that uniquely identifies the message-oriented middleware technology,the technology can be achieved under the premise of secure communications to meetthe back-end business logic processing functional requirements.Based on the design concept and core technology, we spent a year’s time todevelop a mature asset management system products. And the implementation andpromotion of more than90outlets in Jiangxi Province, rural credit cooperatives(hereinafter referred to as "the provincial association), is still in use since October2012, has been unanimously praised by users.
