Tianjin city power supply bureau is affiliated to the Tianjin electric powercompany of power supply enterprise, is shouldering the Tianjin Hexi, peace twoadministrative region of the power network operation, management, sales,administrative responsibility and power. South of thecity power supply integrated asset management level under the condition of thetraditional technology, while also have a certain level, but there are still many problemsneed to improve, and these problems focus on the management process. System is divided into basic maintenance,personal management, form new purchases assets, asset management, exchange ofassets form and scrapped assets form six function modules, basic platform built inTianjin city power supply bureau of advanced information technology, and alsointroduced the new advanced management mode to the asset management of powersupply enterprise in the process, the power supply enterprise asset management level inChina has a big help. Development system adopts B/S structure, this paper using IISbased C#.NET for development. In view of the power supply enterprise of large amountof data and the characteristics of high safety, background database, Oracle. C#development language choice in today’s popular. To south of the city power supplybureau in Tianjin successful asset management system, enhance the level of city powersupply bureau asset management in an all-round way.
