Therefore, developing a stable andapplicable management system of the fixed assets has its actual value to improve the efficiency of TV station fixed assets management and fill up the deficiency in current management mode.After a thorough survey and study into the practical process and related theory, in combination with the software system architecture design and the hierarchical theory, the article has researched on the whole life cycle of the fixed assets, that is to say process management and state tracking, from purchasing to discarding. The thesis has experiencedthe following steps: demand analysis, the outline design, detailed design, coding, testingand eventually is written up based on the above. During the developing process scientific organization and management of the project cost and software quality has been carried out in the method of software engineering ideas. A lightweight framework, Spring, which is on the basis of JavaBeans and configuration management using the inversion of control principle, is adopted in the system developing, to make the component developing more quick and convenient. The persistence of system data is implemented by usingMyBatis, which support the common SQL query, as an excellent persisting framework in stored procedure and advanced mapping.Chiefly three functional modules is involved in the TV station fixed assets manageme nt system, including the public management, daily management and statistics report. Public management module, as a set and storage centre of system basic data, exerts its function including personnel administration, privilege management, asset classification andsupplier management and other functions. Meanwhile, daily management module records the tracks of daily operation, containing stocking, using, returning, borrowing, turnover, repairing, scraping, etc. This ensures that the alternation of fixed assets can be checked. And statistics module mainly contains the receiving report, inventory report, borrowing report, returning report and repairing report, which realize the function of reportingstatistics of the TV station fixed assets, according to the predefined report format as well as the real-time data memory.
