Especially in recent years, profe ssional personnel with specialized skills are very scarce, so the invest ment in education in voca tiona l schools incre ased year by year, a nd continuously improve the c onditions for running schools, sc hool environment, stude nt actual operating environme nt and student li ving environment. With the overall conditions and environment of continuous impr ovement to improve, the number and types of fi xed assets are mor e and mor e bec oming t he fina ncial management of fixed as sets, an important aspect of the school’s ma jor economic resource s. Fixed as sets in the asset s tructure of the s chool accounted for a sizeable proportion, good management of fixed assets is to ca r ry out the work of the school material conditions, but also to be able to meet the voc ati onal school needs to pe rfor m i ts functions and continuous promotion of national educat ion ca r eer development.In this paper, to study by means of information technology to solve some difficult problems in schools fixed asset management, including: accounts, cards, things do not match, due to the many schools of fixed assets, part of the fixed assets and st rong liquidit y, not timely these r ecords and content changes causing these di screpanc ies happe n; discrepancies depreciation of financial acc ounts, financial accounting depreciation according to the content, because the ac count was not actually very ac curate, it is a direct result of t he depre ciation allowed; coding i rregulariti es due t o lack of informa tion management systems, there are a lot of repetition coding and coding is not used, this is caused by fixed asset management is a major cause inaccurate. Through the course of the s tudy, developed a set of things t o be fixed ass ets management system, by increasing t he level of informa tion, ma nage the school’s fixed assets, while building school facilit ies on the basis of SOA. Through this practi ce,s ummed up t he management process for school informatization. The entire syst em s oftware implementation process, using agile software engineering methods to guide,combi ned with the actual situation of the use of a series of rational combi nation of agile methods, inc luding agi le planning, SCRUM, t est driven development, continuous integration tool, JIRA manageme nt platform, e tc.; using the Java programminglanguage, combining traditional PC applications and advanced mobile applications based on Oracle database, developed the s ystem.Fixed asset management sys tem use s a three-tier structure of the domain model designs. Is divided into three layers : t he presentation layer, pre sentation l ayer including the PC and the PDA side page end page; business layer, which i s mainl y to impleme nt business logic and provides the interface( Restful I nterface) to show the layer uses; model layer, which mainly defi nes business entities model, including gene ral e ntity( and the corresponding databa se table or view) and composite entities( with affilia ted entities in the entity set model). In areas mainl y divided into two parts:the base model and the field of fixed a ssets domain model. Domain model based mainly provides ba sic functional services, such as: user and role management, sys tems and functional management, rights manageme nt, message management, log management,etc.; fixed asse ts domain model provides functional services, such as: Fixed Asset s Regi ster, fixed asset inventory, fixed assets inquiries and so on. Comb ining t hese SOA architecture, design, and business systems demand research, develop a system based on SOA architecture, networking technology, PC terminal and PDA t erminal combines fixed assets managemen t system.Through the successful implementa tion of the system, the succ ess of the technology together to improve the accuracy and efficiency of management; mea nwhi le,s ummed up the de velopment of software for schools agile management process will be based on two-dimensional code obj ects net working technology to the school’s fi xed asset management infor mat ion, and finish t he school SOA i nfras tructure. After this process, but also deepen the understanding of the school of information technol ogy and adva nced t echnology to master.
