Along with the development of the national economy and the continuousexpansion of higher education, especially in the situation of higher education’spopularization, we can see the obvious contradiction between supply and demand, andgraduates have been increasing sharply, which bring about more employment pressure.In this case, it is very urgent to strengthen and standardize the work of graduates’employment guidance. Nowadays, our country and employers present morerequirements for graduates. On the one hand, many college graduates can’t getsatisfactory jobs; on the other hand, many employers can’t hire qualified persons. Thisstructural shortage of talented persons has been causing the great waste of humanresources, and the great obstacle of sustainable and healthy economic development.This thesis is writing to help students know their own strengths and weaknesses,and identify their own professional qualities, professional types, post inclinations, andsome other professional characteristics, and correspondingly give the recommendationsof career planning for individuals. This thesis is writing on the basis of the currentcollege students’ employment evaluation system. Furthermore, the writer gives moreanalysis of its system’s present technical situations and problems. This thesis hasintroduced the related theories and evaluation methods of analytic hierarchy process(AHP), and has designed a employment evaluation model for graduates on the basis ofthe AHP, which can improve accuracy of evaluation. At the same time, the write hasadopted the method of object-oriented software UML to establish demand analysismodel and system design model of this system, in order that it can supply the technicalblueprint for the development of employment evaluation software. Adopting softwareengineering methods, this thesis has realized the target system, and has solved thelimitations of the traditional employment evaluation of graduates.Finally, the designed system has carried on the strict testing, therefore validate thecorrectness and reliability of software. This system can accurately realize our needs inevaluating the employment guidance by a comprehensive, objective and efficient way.
