With the rapid development of modern society, economy, science and technology, it ingreat demand on talent resource. During the past long time, most employers only haveinterest in the students who have a very high scores on student achievement, but now moreand more emphasizes the personal integrated quality and focus students’ practice ability aswell as innovation ability. With the change of Social concept of talent, the higher educationreform in our country pay more attention to the cultivation of students’ comprehensivequalities correspondingly. However, how to evaluate the each student in comprehensive,objective, scientific way is still a practical problem which the university faced.This thesis focus on the students in the university. It first described the current situationin employment guidance and its shortcomings,then it analyzes the employment guidance forthe status of talents demand. After this, the paper proposed the establishment of a scientific,reasonable evaluation index system to justice, and provided a good way for students’employment guidance. We adopted the current international popular evaluation measurementsof talent ability in23elements as the basis, through scientific tests which showed that thescore of each factor, and then through the analytic hierarchy process to establish a scientific,reasonable evaluation index system. Finally, according to the different employing units, itachieves a variety of elements of the weight calculation in order to guarantee the scientificevaluation result. To address the evaluation theory system which is the basis of this work, weput the evaluation theory, combined with the employment guidance work of owncharacteristics and then developed an employment guidance system which based on Delphiand access database.The system first detail gives analysis and research system the actual demand, andintroduces the system development of the solution, the student information managementdesign and employment guide decision making program, then it shows the various functionconcrete realization, finally we validated by testing software which can accurately realize ourneeds, achieve both purposes of scientific evaluation and work efficiency.
