The Design And Development Of Shaanxi Primary And Secondary School Teachers Training Management System

In knowledge economy era, with the continuous development of educationalbusiness and the increasing demand of Teachers’ specialization, the teachers’ continuingeducation has become a key issue in education field. With the development of teachers’continuing education, some problems appeared, such as, multiple management, repeatedtraining, the disunion of trainee’s selection mechanism, the lack of guidance of trainingcourse, and training effect is difficult to assess. Teacher training and continuingeducation information management has become the most urgent need to solve thoseproblems.Based on actual work of Shaanxi Province Education Department, this thesisanalyzed current key problems existing in the work of Shaanxi teacher training,compared the teacher training management system at home and abroad, designed anddeveloped the Shaanxi province primary and secondary school teachers trainingmanagement system. This system using Information technology, manages the wholecycle of all project training process of National and provincial training. Base on thetraining program life cycle, the system can manage the Release and view of trainingannouncement, the publish and notify of training programs, the reporting and auditingof trainee and training course, the establish and review of training class, the reporting oftraining results, the statistical analysis of training data, the online printing of studentregistration card and diploma. The system optimized the training business process;realized the orderly management of the teachers training business.This system has successfully installed and running as a core subsystem of teachereducation information network of Shaanxi Province. The application of the system cansignificantly improve the training quality, save training resources, and promote thedevelopment of teacher’s continuing education in Shanxi Province.
