Since the reform of our country, with the rapid economic development in JiangsuProvince, the level of the IT industry of Jiangsu has also been improved leaps andbounds, the IT industry employment increased rapidly every year, and thecorresponding recruitment is also increasing rapidly, which makes a large number of ITindustry employment information need to be addressed. Goal of this paper is toestablish a job employment platform system for IT industry in Jiangsu Province toimprove the efficiency of the IT industry employment and promote the rapiddevelopment of the IT industry.In this thesis, the requirements analysis of the IT industry employment platform forJiangsu Province is conducted, including the functional modules, functional andnon-functional requirements. The overall development of the system is describedthrough architectural design. Because the Struts2have many advantages in WEBdevelopment, the employment system for Jiangsu IT industry uses Struts2framework.For the system’s business requirements, functional requirements, data requirements andnon-functional requirements are analyzed in details. The main business processdiagrams and use case diagrams are presented, and the key use cases are described indetails. The software engineering development model, UML modeling, and databasetechnology are utilized in the platform’s design and implementation. The stablerelational; database MySQL is used as the background data processing managementsystem. During the overall design of the system, UML package diagrams, classdiagrams, sequence diagrams and activity diagrams are utilized in the detailed design offunctional sub-modules. The main features of the interface design are given, and theentities class diagram, ER diagram and database table structure are designed in details.After a period of system test, the system we developed can basically meet theuser’s needs and improve the IT industry practitioners’ employment efficiency, achievedthe system’s design goals.
