The Design For College Graduates Employment System Based On Network Data Platform And Mobilephone Platform

Employment is the last step of college personnel training work. Whether graduates can get full employment, and the quality of employment reflect the quality of a university personnel training. College Graduates Employment Guidance and Service Center is the direct administration of guidance and services. How to better the graduate employment services, and how to convey employment information timely and efficiently to college graduates are very important issues which have ever been studied.Take a university as an example, the seniors will go to different places for internships after short term teaching program.In order to send messages to those will-be graduates, the college established SMS (Short Message Service) platform and employment information network. However, there appeared several problems in the application Process:1) SMS platform cost much.;2) Very small amount of views of the employment information Website, which was only10%of the whole graduates, affect the employment work to some extent.With the development of mobile Internet, Surfing the Internet through cell phones is becoming more and more common among students, thus the amount and time of the mobile Internet made a substantial increase. In this thesis, employment information management system works as the platform, combined with Android-based mobile client system, to solve the problem of employment information transmission.Currently, smart phones are very common among students, and most are using Android system. The development Android client combining an employment information management platform can help students view employment information via Android client, update their resumes, submit resumes, and subscribe to posts. Enterprises can publish information through the platform, view students’ profile; and the Career Center can send the examined information directly to the student’s mobile client. The information will be prompted right after the students’ logging onto the internet.The traditional employment management system can only manage and release information. This system is designed in accordance with the latest employment data analysis properties for design of the Ministry of Education. It has the function of statistical analysis, which is to analyze the nature of employment units, region, and quality of employment of the graduates in the background. And it can export employment quality report in order to guide college students in the training process.This system solved the information transmission problem, and can quickly and efficiently send the employment information to the graduates. Meanwhile, the graduate employment data analysis can generate employment quality reports.
