This thesis combines Qujing Medical College students employment flow and graduates employment management of specific requirements, analysis of student employment management work of business processes, and main functional requirements of the system are determined and the significance of this system is convenient employment staff at the same time also facilitate the students and the recruitment of units, to improve the efficiency of school employment.This thesis mainly from the following aspects of research and analysis, first of all, through the introduction of research background of employment management system for Qujing Medical College student employment management, the research status and significance of the project of similar systems, to solve the shortcomings of system are given. Secondly, in the analysis of business requirements, the first is to student employment management the system involved in the business were described, and then analyzes the existing business processes, business process optimization, system business flow chart was given after optimization. In functional analysis, use case analysis and use case description, the system functions are described, and gives the general the function of the system sub function package diagram and package diagram. In data analysis, the function of employment management system of Qujing Medical College Students required for processing the data analysis, provides the entity relationship diagram established detailed database table structure. Finally, it has carried on the summary to the study and analysis of the whole system work, and the future work is also prospected in this thesis.
