In recent years, the domestic petrochemical enterprises suffered many accidents, such as tianjin port catastrophic explosion accident which caused highlighted problems of lack of safety management in domestic petrochemical enterprises. This topic realizes a effective management of the enterprise security systemthe for SinoPec Ningbo Engineering company and did the information management system analysis.Firstly, paper introduces project background and application status of similar systems, then it tells the research content of the thesis and elaborates the author's main work in the framework of paper. Paper analyzes the enterprise safety management and optimization, including the hidden perils in safety, rectification and statistical analysis, accident hidden trouble report and so on seven big business. In business analysis, adopted with transverse and longitudinal lane flow chart for process analysis.On the basis of business process optimization and role analysis by use case, paper gives the main use cases and 2 cases diagrams. Then, it designs the function module corresponding to the main case, design control class corresponding to the second use case, then design the function entity class. The basic information management function includes hidden perils in safety management, hidden dangers rectification management, hidden trouble statistical analysis management, notification management, safety training management and system management. Based on the analysis above, it adoptesdata analysis class diagram to design the interface, control and entity class, and according to the entity class, it designes data tables.
