Under the trends of paperless office management, the establishment ofteachers’ business information management system has become the basicconfiguration of the personnel department of modern university. This system can beextended to wider area with the help of Internet. It plays a very important role inimproving the efficiency of personnel department. In terms of the current developmentof software, the enterprise applications based on NET platform has become amainstream force.It plays a crucial role in improving the efficiency of softwaredevelopment， and simplifying modular development process. People can achievemulti-level mode by take advantage of the technology supported by NET.This thesis focuses on this system. Firstly, this thesis collects and studies theinformation about the management of teaching personnel information in university, andanalyzes the modern conditions and put forward to the difficulty. At the same time, inthis, this thesis studies the relative technology based on the NET platform, such asweb2.0and ASP.NET MVC3.Based on the theory and technology and combined withthe truth of some university, the author made systematic demand analysis for this system.This thesis made the functions of the system more systematic by means of descriptionand analysis. What’s more, this thesis made specific design about the module thatinvolved with him.Finally, this thesis made a test to the system with the multi-level test method andgives expression to the advantage of NET frame, which is helpful to the popularity ofthis system.
