Desing And Implementation Of Scientific Research Information Management System Of University Teachers

With the continuous development of China’s university management level, The need for management system of scientific research information is also more and more. Scientific research results mark the core development strength of a country, scientific research information management system for the national science and technology development and the promotion of the role is obvious. The scientific research information management platform with the university teachers as the center can realize the systematic, standardized and efficient management of scientific research information, teaching information, personal information and so on.In this paper, the research status of domestic and foreign scientific research information management system is analyzed, the scientific research information management system based on B/S framework is designed and implemented.The main contents include the following three parts. in the first part, the business process, user requirements and system functions of the university teachers’ scientific research information management system are analyzed in detail. The development mode based on B/S structure is determined in this part, and the requirement of the database of scientific research information management system of university teachers and the choice of development platform are discussed. On the basis of demand analysis, the second part has completed the overall design of university teachers’ scientific research information management system, including system architecture, user role and authority management, database structure, system function module and interface design. The third part illustrated the main system function modules of the implementation process, interface design and implementation, including database universal interface, system management role and function allocation, data dictionary and data table dynamic customization, scientific information and data of single or batch import and export, scientific information and data query. At the end of this paper, the main functions of university teachers’ scientific research information management system are also detailed functional testing and non functional testing. Use case tests show that the system meets the needs analysis, and achieves the desired results. The last part of the paper summarizes and describes the scientific research information management system of teachers in colleges and universities, puts forward the next possible improvement work and prospects its wide application.
