Facing the increasingly competitive market, the advanced supply chain management system has not only become the focus,which enterprises pay close attention to and continue to improve, but also the important cornerstone of succeeding in our competition. Now many enterprises have achieved good revenue and improved the competitiveness in the market through the effective supply chain management,but there are still the following problems in the process of management:the slow reaction speed of the supply chain faced with customers’ uncertain demand, along with the high cost and inefficiency of supply chain management, will be directly related to the survival and development of the enterprise. So how to optimize the supply chain will become the target to pursue for the entrepreneurs. The supply chain optimization is an important and a difficult problem in supply chain management research. There are a lot of research for supply chain optimization in domestic and foreign, but the following problems are still worth exploring:Building a reasonable supply chain optimization model is the emphasis of the supply chain optimization problem; Considering the complexity of supply chain optimization, reasonable and effective model of the optimization algorithm is the key to solve the problem of supply chain optimization.Based on the above problems, combining with the author’s literature analysis and the concrete practice work, this paper constructs the supply chain inventory optimization model and transportation route optimization model from the cost control point of view. Set parameter variable through the experiment, this paper calculates optimal inventory and optimal transport path by IP-GA. The main work of this paper is as follows:(1) By reading the domestic and foreign important literature, the research status of the supply chain optimization is reviewed. Based on the analysis of the existing researches on supply chain optimization model, this paper constructs the optimal model about the supply chain inventory cost and the transport path cost;(2) Considering the complexity of solving in the supply chain optimization problem and the convergence speed of traditional genetic algorithm, this paper puts forward using the atavism algorithm to solve the optimization model based on the fully understanding for the biological evolution theory, which overcomes the problem of the slowly convergence in the traditional genetic algorithm and improves the ability of global convergence.(3) Set the parameter variables through the experiment, the optimal results is calculated by IP-GA, which makes the total cost smallest.To sum up, based on the literature analysis and the relevant theories reviewing, the supply chain inventory optimization model and transportation routing optimization model are constructed from the cost control point of view. Meanwhile an effective solution method is studied. Therefore this paper has a certain reference significance.
