Research On Cost Control Of Book Inventory For Seismological Press

Inventory cost has always been a very important part of cost in the management cost of publishing house.It also occupies a very important proportion,which has important relationship with the operation characteristics of the publishing house.Therefore,for the publishing house,how to effectively control the cost of inventory is also related to the promotion of the core management ability of the publishing house.In the new period,press should establish a scientific concept in management,strengthen the control of inventory cost,establish perfect inventory cost control system,and some questions correctly to press the inventory cost control exist,actively take corresponding measures to solve the problem,in order to enhance the cost of inventory control effect.Taking earthquake publishing house as an example,this paper studies the control of inventory cost in earthquake publishing house.In recent years,with the reform of management mechanism,seismological publishing house has been increasingly standardized in terms of operation and management system,but inventory cost has remained high for a long time,and has also occupied an important proportion in its management expenses.This paper studies the composition of inventory and inventory cost of seismological publishing house,analyzes the control effect of Seismological Press in inventory cost,including experience and shortcomings.Then the inventory cost control of the earthquake publishing house is analyzed.The study found that the earthquake publishing house in the inventory cost control still exist some obvious problems,such as inventory cost accounting methods are not standardized,inventory budget preparation is not reliable,lack of inventory cost information management system,improve the inventory management inventory management system is not perfect,lack of internal control mechanism of participation.Aiming at these problems,combined with the actual situation of seismological publishing house,the corresponding coping strategies are put forward,which will play a certain reference role for promoting the inventory cost control of seismological publishing house.
