Multi-level inventory control is one important link to realize the whole profit of the supply chain and is the key point of supply chain management. Comprehensive consideration of the inventory cost and customer satisfaction of the factors such as cases, building supply chain under the environment of multilevel inventory control model, to make inventory to a more reasonable configuration through the coordination of the warehouse inventory at all levels, so as to reduce the expenses related to enterprise, realize the optimal overall efficiency of the supply chain, which has attracted the attention of academics and business. With the emphasis on the deepening of multi-echelon inventory control problems, the research on multi-echelon inventory control problems in the supply chain environment will become increasingly more theoretical and practical significance.This paper studies a multistage inventory control system, which is composed of distributors, retailers and so on each node enterprises in supply chain. Firstly, based on the broad access at home and abroad about the multi-stage inventory control problem with the research literature, summarizing the status and direction of development of multi-stage inventory control problem, and anglicizing shortcomings and deficiencies of the traditional method of inventory control in multi-stage supply chain environment, and lay a theoretical foundation for solving the model. Secondly, after having introduced supply chain inventory control, inventory control technology,genetic algorithm and other related knowledge, through the description of multi-level inventory control problem and analysis of supply chain logistics, basis of the cost function,building multi-echelon inventory control model in the supply chain environment, and with the characteristic that genetic algorithm can solve multi-objective nonlinear problems, designing the corresponding genetic algorithm solving process; Finally, on the basis of analyzing the company instance, according to established multi-level inventory control model and designed the genetic algorithm, using Matlab programming to solve the system, to get the desired results, thus verifying the feasibility of the model and the effectiveness of the algorithm.The multi-level inventory control system, using two different replenishment, one hand, can greatly reduce the overall cost of the supply chain, on the other hand, it is excellent to meet the actual need, and has the very good application value.
