Design And Application Of Enterprise Management System Based On ERP And KDD

Enterprise Resource Planning（ERP）is expanded from MRP Ⅱ. As a kind of advancedmanagement concepts, ERP can provide effective decision supports for enterprise managers.In current database and information decision support field, the Knowledge Discovery inDatabase technology (KDD) is in a leading position. With the development of informationtechnology and management software development, nowadays the KDD technology hasbeen integrated into ERP. And meanwhile, against the increasingly competitive marketeconomy environment, the knowledge discovery technology is applied to enterprisemanagement software, which can developed enterprise management software into amultifunctional integrated system. Aimed at enterprise business characteristics and dataanalysis processing, this improvement makes data analysis and enterprise management moreoperable and flexible.According to the demand research and analysis of different departments, this paperdescribed a successful case of ERP taking place in an actual corporation. Then, thedifficulties of putting ERP system into effect are analyzed, the problems of managementmode in small and medium-sized enterprise is described. Following analyses about relevantknowledge discovery in database technology part of its framework and model, datawarehouse, on-line analysis processing, the article also studied data mining technology, thekey step in the knowledge discovery technology, especially in data preprocessing, dataclassification, clustering analysis and algorithm example. On the basis of above analysis,this paper put forward the design method that how to combine the knowledge discoverywith ERP system and then make it come into service. Next, in the management softwareplatform, the author designed an operation project for enterprises management. Using datapreprocessing, data classification and other related technical methods, the author analyzedbusiness processes reasonably and integrated KDD technology with ERP successfully.Practical application and real-time test shows that the enterprise management system modelcombined with ERP and KDD can produce certain practical value, and undoubtedly canprovide available decision supports to enterprise managers.
