Research On Integration Of Information Resource Based On ERP & CRM In Photonics Enterprise

Enterprise Information has been made much progress in China at present. But at the same time, some problems have come up which should not be overlooked. For example, information system can not be integrated with each other effectively as a result of the history and the difference of development system, which makes communication blocked and data updated inconsistently. Sometimes, information isolation brings much loss to company. In order to solve the problem, enterprise information integration arises.The projects which are interactive coordination, resource sharing of supported network manufacture and industrial production, ERP/SCM/CRM system integration technology in mechanical manufacture industry (including automobile) are as the article's topic. ERP System in one photoelectron enterprise is one integration object. The other one is CRM system which is developed by us. The paper discusses enterprise integration principle, method, advantage and disadvantage of integration objects, integration concrete realization technology in detail.1. The paper analyzes the integration principle, gives enterprise information integration level which are network integration, represent integration, data integration, function integration. On the foundation of this, it presents ERP/CRM system integration feasible and necessary analysis and introduces some common system integration technology.2. The ERP system in photoelectron enterprise is analyzed in detail from the aspects of software development, function module, physical structure. At last, the paper gets the system advantage and disadvantage and makes the preparation for integration.3. Design the CRM software based on Struts architecture and discuss the whole design process from requirement analysis, software architecture, system configuration, physical structure to system function module. The system advantage and disadvantage are found.4. On the foundation of explicit objects, software flow is analyzed in ERP/CRM system, obtains the result that ERP/CRM system integration can be realized by the order. The order sequence diagrams and physical structure are given after system integration. So, the enterprise information integration has been come true, which reduces information redundancy. At the same time, the paper talks about the key technologies during integration process, namely connection pool and database synchronization duplication technology.Finally, the conclusion and the developing trend of the enterprise application integration are put forward.
