Research And Implementation Of Enterprise Knowledge & Resource Management System

In the age of knowledge economy,the management,transfer and innovation of the knowledge and resource is being the first productivity in an enterprise.Knowledge is one of the most important resource ,the core competition.The management of the knowledge flow is the imminence requirement for enterprise.So the management of the knowledge and resource is the most important thing in future development of enterprise.How to combine with two of them and application in the enterprise efficiency is valuable to discuss. In this paper ,we penetrate into how to manage the knowledge and resource in enterprise by the information technology and put forward the ideology of incorporate the knowledge and resource,and expatiate the thinking of the system. The purpose of the paper is to analyse the goal of the KRM system ,present the thinking of the system design,requirement and the frame of the system. We discuss the basic conception ,function and exploitation.We put forward how to mining the knowledge in the history database by the technology of data mining especially.In order to get more efficient capability of machine & people,people & people.We use the B/S,three layers model to construct the system and show resolvent of the problem Because of the management ideology of KRM system is in the age of development.How to use the thinking into the printing enterprise is just a seed.so we have to make a conclusion of how to put the system in practice and give the directions of how to develop such project.
