In recent years, with the speeding up of the traffic infrastructure construction, highwayconstruction develops by leaps and bounds. By2010, the trunk highway mileage of shaanxiprovince has reached144,000kilometers, the highway maintenance task is also growing.According to the figures from the shaanxi province highway bureau, the number of highwaymaintenance equipment has reached more than2900units, it has become the importantmaterial base of highway management departments development. These devices aredistributed in different geographical and large amount of information produces in the dailyprocess of running. It has posed a serious challenge to the equipment management. Theunified management of the device, the collaborative work between the managementdepartments and the sharing of equipment information resources becomes more difficult.Therefore, it is necessary to develop the equipment management system, which using newtechnologies to meet the needs of the modern enterprise device management. Its function ishigh degree of resource sharing and wide range of collaborative work. Based on mechanicalequipment management of shaanxi province arterial highway, I design the mechanicalequipment management system for highway, the main work done is as follows:1. Confirming the software and hardware environment of system development. Thedevelopment is based on.net Framework architecture and the B/S three layer structure system.With the help of Windows Xp operating system, taking Visual Studio2010as the platform,using ASP.NET technology, IIS technology, and SQL Server2005.database technologycombining development.2. Completing the demand analysis of system and the detailed analysis function demandof the system. It complete the system design work, which included the system overall design,module function design and database design. The system development principle, the functionsand characteristics of the system, design scheme and realization method was also analyzed.3. Developing the equipment detailed statistics, file management, equipment check,equipment allocation and scrap equipment. It realize the corresponding function. The system can provide the document for the highways agency management system,unified management of data reports and documents, greatly improving the efficiency oflong-distance reporting and approval. Also using mechanical equipment management systemfor trunk roads, we make full use of the application value of the machinery and equipment,savings management and operation cost, and promoting a higher level of operationalmanagement.
