Research And Analysis Of Two Types Of Personnel Information Management Systems For Road Transport Units In Yunnan Province

For a long time,in yunnan province,the transportation administration(hereinafter referred to as the "tsa")to the provincial road transport unit(hereinafter referred to as "enterprises"),and production safety management personnel(hereinafter referred to as the "two classes")information for unified management,including internal enterprise,registered in the tsa reported two categories of personnel information,enterprise to help the enterprise internal assessment of two types of personnel to attend safety knowledge,tsa organization examination,tsa certificate,etc.At present,the tsa for two classes of personnel management is still in a state of semi-automatic,need a lot of manpower and financial resources to sustain for the two types of personnel management,management can't often happen.In order to solve this problem,this paper attempts to use software engineering thought to construct a two-class personnel information management system.Enterprises and tsa through the system for the two types of personnel for unified management,implemente ?enterprise basic information management ?certificate delay management ?certificate change request ?appraisal application management? candidate management ? candidate number management ? the exam management ?test performance management ?certificate number management ?additional assessment management(?)certified personnel management[1].
