The Research And Application Of Customs Supervision System For International Logistics Park Based On Networking Technology

The customs warehouse of modern international logistics park, set up to achieve the goal of security and facilitation of trade and customs clearance, is a special area that carries the functions of video surveillance, supervision of loading and unloading, the cargo circulation, field inspection and other customs supervision services. But, the problems coming with the gradually deepening of the modern international logistic park’s construction, such as the conflicts between the rapid growing businesses and the shortage of human management resource, the potential management risk from the main businesses establishments, management’s accuracy problems caused by information systems, equipments and management tools, and so on. They are increasingly prominent, and profoundly affect the effective and scientific management of customs supervision area. Therefore, the research and design of an efficient supervision system faces to customs, which will improve the efficiency of customs supervision, became an important issue that worthy of further investigation.According to the difficulties currently faced by the customs supervision. By means of introducing “the Internet of Things” and combining it with traditional customs supervision model, the research about the customs supervision system of international logistics park was designed, the achievements are as follows:1. Systematically analyzed the basic conception and main supervision service of customs supervision area in the international logistic park, discussed the current problems of customs supervision, found the functional requirements of customs supervision system.2. According to the functional requirements of customs supervision system, the article combed the process of cargo circulation, established a general structure model of customs supervision system of international logistics park that based on Internet of Things.3. Designed the international logistics park’s customs supervision system of NingboEconomic & Technological Development Zone, analyzed the application system’s structure, key technology and main function.At the end of this article, the work analyzed and discussed the way to further enrich and improve customs supervision systems with the Internet of Things.
