Research On The Planning And Designing Of Steel Logistics Park Information Platform

The traditional model of steel trade has been changed as China's steel industry continues to grow and mature.At present,China has huge trade circulation enterprises, as well as a large number of steel trading markets,warehouse and distribution center processing in recent years,Logistics Park of steel.The construction and management of Logistics Park of steel is a complex systematic project which involves sharing and transmission of information between many sectors and enterprises.The information platform should be inputs as a key element of production in order to make high-performance operation of the logistics park and improve the utilization of information and reduce the utilization of the transmission of information and processes as soon as the fastest transmission speed at the least cost of high-quality information possible in the process of striving.Through the study of the domestic steel industry,I find the construction of information platform is still in the exploratory stage currently in China.Some Logistics Park of steel has established information platform but it can't be used successful.In recent years more and more logistics park of steel has established its own web site,but the web site as part of information platform,which can achieve the function,after all,is limited,it is difficult to sharing of information transmission between the enterprises in the logistics park of steel.So the study of Logistics Park of information platform is very important for the building of Logistics Park of steel.In this thesis,the designing and planning of information platform of Logistics Park of steel is proposed which meet all user needs and applied to design the information platform of Logistics Park of Huazhong steel.The proposing of information platform planning is on the basis of studying domestic construction status of information platform of Logistics Park,combining with the characteristics of the steel industry and collecting a large amount of material and data.How to set up an information platform for Logistics Park of steel is revolved in this thesis and use the method of integrating theory with practice.First of all,a comprehensive investigation and study about the development status and the construction status of the information platform of Logistics Park of steel is done on the basis of collecting a large amount of material and data.Second,the user of the information platform and the information needs of the user are analyzed and the function which the information platform should have on the basis of basic concepts and theories is proposed.Third,the design of the information platform of Logistics Park of steel is proposed including architecture designing and functional designing and the element of systems,the process and the operational security in detail is analyzed.Fourth,the biding system is applied in steel electronic transaction and a simple biding system is developed.Finally,the result is applied in the design of the information platform of Logistics Park of Huazhong steel.I hope that it can provide theoretical guidance in the construction of information platform of Logistics Park of steel,as well as some similar small and medium-sized enterprises.
