The Spring Festival in 2014, More than ten millions WeChat’s gift money fire all over the country. Tencent official data showed that WeChat has 500 million users and 100 million WeChat pay users at the end of March 2015. Because of the popularity of WeChat traditional industries show quickly their clients through the WeChat entrance,and provide services for customers.The main object of this research is WeiHong agricultural cold chain Logistics Park, which is the largest in the Central Soutl Regin. And this research centres on the characteristics of this industry and the reguriements of its clients and aims to explore the design and development of an application system of the cold research desives to get following results:1、To make a fast implementation of prototype system and have a timely response to the requirements of clients by adopting the "agile development" mode and using it to develop the application system.2、To make clients have a more convient way to get the business information from the store, whenever and whenever they want to with the implementation of the "Boss-Query" which is based on the Wechat public platform.3、To have a easier way for whole sale customers or retail customers to make orders to the merchant and get a quick response from the merchant with the implementation of "Wechat-Orders"4、To reduce unnecessary consumption and aviod the data errors caused by the slip of tongue with the implementation of "Delivery-Management"5、To provide better user interfaces and intercutive-experience for different terminals by adopting the Bootstrap framework, and all the WEB service adopts the RESTFUL design style which is simple, efficient and easy to get an access.
