With the rapid development of informationization and the service industry in China, the combination of online and offline services model has become mature from the initial development stage. In the field of logistics information platform, the service model shows different forms in different periods and different stages. In the early periods of the traditional logistics park, the information level is very low, with single service content, low service level, which results in information-poor among platform users. With further improvement of the information level, the information in the park platform presented an explosive state (lacking targeted information and the protection of standard information entering), which causes the users lost in the massive logistics information. Meanwhile, platform puts more energy into the logistics information aggregation and agglomeration in order to develop online services. But, logistics is a traditional service industry focusing on entity service, and its offline service experience has been ignored. In order to improve the service level and conform to the development of the times, it means a lot to build such a park information platform service model, which combines online and offline, no matter in this moment or a long-term development period.In this paper, the O2O model is applied to the park information platform, and the paper analyses the park information platform services under the model. Firstly, this paper makes a comprehensive review of the related theories and definitions of logistics park information platform, and makes a summary and evaluation of its research. In this paper, it starts from the needs and constitution of the platform user, and analyses the different needs of platform users between the traditional and O2O mode, based on the survey above, the paper summarizes the nine service modules of the information platform of the park under the O2O mode, including logistics enterprise management module, freight information service module, distribution information service module, storage information service module, order information service module, electronic commerce information module, electronic government information module, park management service module, other related information release module. The paper makes the different development period of the park as the time axis, and divides the development of the information platform of the park into three stages, resource oriented period, demand driven period, and extended service period. Different period have different characteristics, a single model cannot accurately show the characteristics of the different stages of the platform services, so, in this paper, according to the different development of the platform, it raised three different service model accordingly, resource oriented model, demand driven model and extended service model, and analyses the operation of different modes, combined with the characteristics of O2O mode, proposed the service content accordingly, which combines online and offline services. At last, the paper selected Zhejiang Transfar highway port information platform as the empirical object, and analyses the user components and the characteristics of the platform, then, choose the proper platform service model which is suitable for the current development period.The innovation points of this paper are as follows, (1) The application of O2O model. On the basis of traditional logistics information platform, the O2O model is applied to build the information platform service model based on O2O. In the form of platform services, the paper introduces online and offline service concept, remedies the deficiencies of traditional park information platform, which online and offline are separated. (2) Service model for different development period. As for the service model, the paper tries to establish the corresponding service model according to different development periods of the platform, and completes the initial service model. (3) New requirements combined with the times. The paper introduced the logistics finance, innovation and entrepreneurship platform, greatly expanding the service content of the park information platform. In terms of user requirements, the paper divides the users of the platform in detail, puts forward new requirements of the new period, and provides a new service idea and direction for the service platform.
