Research On Air Logistics Park Information Platform And Design Of Data Exchange System

Being the third profit source, logistics becomes more and more popular, and one of its braches--airport logistics is also being focused because of its advantages of safety, fast, convenience and quality services. Besides improvement in business process and management, the most important thing to promote the field of airport logistics is to use the information technology. However, the current situation in our country is that relatively slow construction of information technology and the level of development, quite serious of the information islands, and far worse than that in foreign. In face of this circumstance, a detailed analysis on air logistics information platform and data exchange technology are presented in this paper. The statement is based on the project named"Research and Demonstration of the Key Technology in Logistics Information Platform", which is sponsored by Shenzhen Logistics Committee.In this paper, business process and information systems of Airport Logistics Park are conducted in-depth analysis and study. In order to achieve interoperability of various information systems and to deal with problems of duplication of data entry and the phenomenon of information islands, this paper propose to build a public information platform to achieve integration of business, processes, information and services. This program based on distributed system architecture will be designed to put the applications of different functional parts (known as services) in different systems into together through well-defined interfaces and standardized methods by loosely coupled approach, thus building up a new platform system. A core function of the public information platform is to integrate business processes and achieve data exchange of different information systems. So the research of data exchange technology and building the data exchange platform are main focus of this paper.Firstly, this paper proposes an arcitecture of the airport logistics park information platform and each module of the arcitecture is carried out a detailed analysis and discussion on the basis of the analysis on the status of air logistics, especially the information technology used in air logistics park. Secondly, an in-depth analysis has been done on information standards of the Airport Logistics Park, and a framework of data exchange standards is made in this paper; then, design a data exchange platform of the Airport Logistics Park on the basis of in-depth of business processes and data flows. Finally, the public information platform of the Shenzhen Airport Logistics Park is designed, also a data exchange system is implemented.
