PLC automatic control technology is applied widely in the field of industrial production.With the introduction of programmable logic control technology the production line of automatic monitoring was simplified. The complete sets of high cost of system which is bought from the PLC manufacturers is difficult to maintain, and it has poor portability. How to develop a high reliability of computer monitoring system becomes the research emphasis in this paper.In this paper, the research content is as follows, using a combination of software and hardware to develop the computer monitoring system which is based on PLC technology. The hardware system is connected to the computer, PLC, inverter and other equipment by field bus,and PLC is used as control and data acquisition unit. The software system use Forcecontrol to design screen layout to ensure that the site construction personnel can have intuitive knowledge of equipment operation, and can carry on the effective control and management.PLC was applied to the monitoring of concrete production process. The detection and control of the belt transmission speed motor current and the fault signal has reduced the labor intensity of the artificial detection, and improved the production efficiency and security of the concrete.Based on the computer monitoring system, this paper illustrates the principle of monitoring and control system. This paper discusses the necessity of introducing the PID algorithm in the PLC process control and the realization of PID algorithm in the PLC process control. This article also introduces the realization process of the system through the configuration software. And how to improve the performance of control system through the PID parameters setting was studied. By introducing the PID algorithm in the system effectively improved the performance of the system and the production efficiency.
