Design And Realization Of Process Control System Based On WebAccess Configuration Software

Process control system is consisted of process control system object, adjuster module, execution module, transmitter module, signal transformation module, data acquisition module and video module, by combining them flexibly, such experiment as process parameter, transmitter character and designation, control object character, which involve these process parameters as temperature, flow quantity, pressure, liquid level, and so on, can be carried out. The WebAccess Configuration Software is based on the networks, and it can realize the real-time remote monitoring and control through Internet or Intranet.This paper describes some concepts, constitutes and designs about process control system., and with the design and use of WebAccess, realizing the monitoring and control of this process control system. In this text, we have designed 15 pieces of schematic fitting for each requirement, just as temperature transmitter circuit, pressure transmitter circuit, flow quantity circuit, liquid level circuit, solenoid valve control circuit, voltage transformation circuit. With these designs of them, we achieve the system. And with the design of the main control circuit, we accomplish these debugging as start, drag, switch, signal lamp indication.In the WebAccess configuration software, there are some functions have been designed, such as the real-time trend, the historical trend, group display, working menu, alarm management and report. Through the university networks, it has been realized the real-time monitoring and control.The applications and influences of process control system have extended all over department and fields. The automation technology that based on this theory is one important symbol of the modernization.
