Test the rationality of the modelby constructing correlation matrix.Additionally, testing the subnets of the petri net model andlooking for the synchronous relationship and conflict relationship between subnets. And thenoptimizing the existing processes by using correlation matrix reorganization optimizationrules, the introduction of intelligent gates and other means. Then build the optimized petri netmodel. Eventually, simulate the existing business processes and the optimized businessprocesses by Arena, and compare the operation time, the waiting time outside the gates, thewaiting captain outside gates between the existing operation processes and the optimizedoperation processes.
