The Study Of The Existing Problem And Solution Of Trial Report Of Media

In recent years, along with the further advance of the construction of the socialist legal system, reform of the judicial system is developing in depth, and media increasingly pays close attention to the judicial field, questions of the relationship between media and the judicial have become the common focus of the press and law. As information carrying of mass communication, media plays an important role in spreading judicial information, at the same time, media is also supervising judicial activities in the society. Playing important parts in the judicial system, activities of the trial get more favor of media, becoming the main object of reports, reporting trials is a kind of effective way in the supervision of the court for media, and it is playing a significant role in promoting the fairness and openness of the judicial system.This article is divided into five parts, the first part mainly discusses the defining of trial reporting, and discusses rights to report trials from the perspective of media, so as to confirm the reasonable bases of trial reporting. Then this part clarifies the value of media to report trials by summarizing the social function of trial reporting.The second part focuses on the communication analysis of trial reporting. Analyzing and explaining the object and the form of trial reporting, so as to build a comprehensive understanding of trial reporting in the background of the present social environment and the new media environment.Third part is starting with the relationship of media and the court, revealing the existing problems in current trial reporting activities by analyzing typical cases, it includes two aspects, one is the judicial supervision of media, the other is media and conflict, this part focuses on the performance of the conflict, so that to put forward constructive suggestions targeted.The fourth part puts forward opinions to improve the situation according to the existing problems. On the one hand, trying to realize improving trial reporting further from the angle of media ethics, social responsibility and legal literacy; on the other hand putting forward proposals from the legal level, providing legally binding bases to mediate the relationship between the media and the judicial by clearing the rights and legal liability of media through legislation, then realize the perfection and development of the trial reporting.
