Design And Implementation Of Digital Court Trial Management System

The rapid development of the information technology constantly affected all walks of life. The information technology, the system developed by computer can realize the management and tracking data, can apply to practical work fully embodies the characteristics of the high speed and transparent information. Meanwhile, it can greatly improve the efficiency of work. Along with our country legal system gradually perfect and the high speed development of the information technology, the people’s courts of the Informatization Construction are gradual speeding up the pace. In order to actively respond to the highest law about strengthening the management of the trial requirements, combined with the actual situation in the work of the court and Liaoning court for trial management needs, problems and difficulties, in this paper, digital court trial management system is designed and implemented.This system mainly uses summer framework that is based on the SSH framework, which is a technology independently developed by Dong xin company in Shenyang. Then, on this basis of the summer, Dong xin artery development platform is implemented to develop a whole page of the system, and the MVC design pattern is used. Moreover, the system chooses the Sybase as a system database. Firstly, according to the survey and analysis of the actual situation about Liaoning court trial management, the requirement analysis of digital court trial management system is obtained. And system functional requirements are analyzed and described by using UML use case and diagram, respectively. Specifically, the use case diagram is chose to implement the function of the system. Then, in this paper, the function of the system is designed, which includes regulatory conditions configuration, regulatory conditions inquiry, regulatory conditions statistics, and frozen query. Furthermore, the database design principles, data models and database table structure are applied to the management system database. What’s more, in the implementation of system, the specific implementation of the system which includes the system’s interface design, functional flowcharts and part of the implementation code is described. Finally, test environment, test content and methods are introduced, and the test cases and functionality testing process are described. For each function test, the corresponding test cases are given. The designed and implemented Digital court trial management system designed and implemented is to achieve a fair trial court management, to share information on the trial, and to enhance effectively the regulatory functions of the trial process. In addition, the trial court digital management system helps make the trial legal, orderly and efficient conduct. However, further research is needed in terms of interface design and database redundancy.
